概述
生態環境部聯合住房城鄉建設部(以下簡稱“兩部門”)將於5月初啟動2018年醫院黑臭水體整治環境保護專項行動,範圍涉及36個重點城市(直轄市、省會城市、計劃單列市)及全國其他部分地級市。
本次專項行動,以群眾的滿意度為首要標準,以醫院黑臭水體整治工作為著力點,借鑒督查、交辦、巡查、約談、專項督察“五步法”經驗,全麵摸清黑臭水體整治工作進展及存在的問題,督促地方加快補齊城市環境基礎設施建設短板,從根本上解決黑臭水體問題。

本項目在濰坊逐步實施、使用的是我廠研製生產的醫院汙水處理設備、本公司設備采用國際先進的生物處理工藝,集去除BOD5、COD、NH3-N於一身,具有技術性能穩定可靠,處理效果好,投資省,占地少,維護方便等優點。我公司也可根據客戶要求同時配套中水回用設備。

工藝

產品特點
1、醫院汙水處理設備,埋設於地表以下,設備上麵的地表可作為綠化或其他用地,不需要建房及采暖、保溫。
2、二級生物接觸氧化處理工藝均采用推流式生物接觸氧化,其處理效果優於完全混合式或二級串聯完全混合式生物接觸氧化池。並比活性汙泥池體積小,對水質的適應性強,耐衝擊負荷性能好,出水水質穩定,不會產生汙泥膨脹。池中采用新型彈性立體填料,比表麵積大,微生物易掛膜,脫膜,在同樣有機物負荷條件下,對有機物去除率高,能提高空氣中的氧在水中溶解度。
3、生化池采用生物接觸氧化法,其填料的體積負荷比較低,微生物處於自身氧化階斷,產泥量少,僅需三個月(90天)以上排一次泥(用糞車抽吸或脫水成泥餅外運)。
4、該醫院一體化活汙水處理設備的除臭方式除采用常規高空排氣,另配有土壤脫臭措施。
5、整個設備處理係統配有全自動電氣控製係統和設備故障報警係統,運行安全可靠,平時一般不需要專人管理,隻需適時地對設備進行維護和保養。

This project is implemented in weifang step by step, using the hospital sewage treatment equipment developed and produced by our factory. The equipment of our company adopts the international advanced biological treatment technology, which can remove BOD5, COD and nh3-n in one. Our company can also provide water reuse equipment according to customer's requirement.
Product features
1. Hospital sewage treatment equipment is buried below the ground, and the surface above the equipment can be used as green or other land, without the need of building houses, heating and insulation.
2. The treatment process of secondary biological contact oxidation adopts the push-flow biological contact oxidation, and its treatment effect is better than that of the complete mixed biological contact oxidation tank or the two-stage tandem complete mixed biological contact oxidation tank. Compared with activated sludge tank, the volume is smaller, the adaptability to water quality is strong, the impact load resistance is good, the effluent water quality is stable, will not produce sludge expansion. New elastic stereoscopic packing is adopted in the pool, with large specific surface area, and microorganisms are easy to hang the film and remove the film. Under the same load condition of organic matter, the removal rate of organic matter is high, and the solubility of oxygen in air can be improved in water.
3. The biochemical pool adopts the biological contact oxidation method. The volume load of the filler is relatively low, and the microorganism is in the stage of its own oxidation.
4. The deodorization method of the integrated living sewage treatment equipment in this hospital adopts the routine high-altitude exhaust and the soil deodorization measures.
5. The whole equipment processing system is equipped with automatic electrical control system and equipment fault alarm system. It is safe and reliable in operation.
