概述
玻璃鋼一體化汙水處理設備采用的是生物處理技術,是利用微生物,主要是細菌的代謝作用,氧化、分解、吸附廢水中可溶性的有機物及部分不溶性有機物,並使其轉化為無害的穩定物質從而使水得到淨化的技術。在現代的生物技術處理過程中,主要有好氧生物氧化、兼氧生物降解及厭氧消化降解這三類,生物處理技術由於經濟可行、無二次汙染等特點。主體材料為玻璃鋼。
設備尺寸
玻璃鋼一體化汙水處理設備整體尺寸為10.5×2.25×2.5m,采用的工藝為AO工藝。一體化汙水處理設備主體采用玻璃鋼製作而成,內部附帶槽鋼加強筋。設備內部采用環氧煤瀝青+環氧富鋅防腐,外部采用三油兩布玻璃絲防腐。
內部填料
玻璃鋼一體化汙水處理設備缺氧池安裝填料支架及組合填料,底部有穿孔曝氣管道,
組合填料安裝密度為70%。
好氧池安裝填料支架及組合填料,底部有微孔曝氣器及曝氣支架。
組合填料安裝密度為70%,微孔曝氣器安裝個數為3個/m2。
好氧池池體內增加一台硝化液回流泵,將好氧池硝化反應後的汙水回流到缺氧池進行反硝化反應,從而去除汙水中大部分的氨氮。
缺氧池跟好氧池的曝氣由風機提供。
沉澱池內增加一台汙泥回流泵,將沉澱池中的汙泥一部分打到汙泥池,一部分回流到好氧池,一部分回流到調節池。
沉澱池做成錐形池體,方便汙泥的回流。
回流到好氧池的汙泥為培養活性細菌提供養分。
汙泥池作為暫時存儲汙泥的池體,定期清理。
清水池作為小型的蓄水池,達標後的水外排。

An overview of the
FRP integrated sewage treatment equipment adopts biological treatment technology, which is a technology that utilizes the metabolism of microorganisms, mainly bacteria, to oxidize, decompose and absorb the soluble organic matter and some insoluble organic matter in wastewater, and converts them into harmless stable substances so as to purify water. In the process of modern biotechnological treatment, there are mainly three categories: aerobic biooxidation, aerobic biodegradation and anaerobic digestion and degradation.
The equipment size
The overall size of the FRP integrated sewage treatment equipment is 10.5 2.25 2.5m, and the process adopted is AO process. The main body of integrated sewage treatment equipment is made of glass fiber reinforced plastics (FRP), with channel steel reinforcement inside. The equipment is internally treated with epoxy coal tar + epoxy zinc rich anticorrosion, and externally treated with three oils and two cloth glass wire anticorrosion.

The aerobic tank is equipped with packing bracket and combined packing, and the bottom is equipped with microporous aerator and aeration bracket.

A nitrifying liquid reflux pump was added in the aerobic pool to reflow the wastewater from the nitrifying reaction in the aerobic pool to the anoxic pool for denitrification, so as to remove most ammonia nitrogen in the sewage.
Aeration of anoxic pool and aerobic pool is provided by fan.
A sludge backflow pump is added to the sedimentation tank to transfer part of the sludge from the sedimentation tank to the sludge tank, part of the backflow to the aerobic tank, and part of the backflow to the regulating tank.
The sedimentation tank is made into a conical tank to facilitate the return of sludge.
The sludge returned to the aerobic tank provides nutrients for the cultivation of active bacteria.
The sludge tank, as a temporary storage tank, is cleaned regularly.
As a small cistern, the water is discharged after reaching the standard.
